From application to first day at AITI.

Fill the online enquiry / application form

Submit basic details — your name, course of interest, qualifying exam, and contact number. About ten minutes online.

Day 1

Counselling & document verification

An admission counsellor calls within one working day to walk through the trades, fees, hostel options and scholarships. Bring (or upload) Class 10 / 12 marksheets and ID.

Day 2–3

Provisional admission letter

Once documents check out, AITI issues a provisional admission letter. Outstation students can also book a hostel seat at this point.

Within 72 hours

04

Pay the first instalment & enrol

Pay the first instalment online or at the campus office. Scholarship adjustments are applied at this stage. Welcome to AITI.

Day 7

Eligibility

Class 10 or 12 pass

Most ITI trades require a Class 10 pass. Some (Electronics Mechanic, Draughtsman) prefer Class 12 with science. Polytechnic and degree courses require Class 12.

Age

14 to 40 years

NCVT trade courses are open to candidates between 14 and 40 years of age at the time of admission. There is no upper age bar for SCVT courses.

Documents needed

Six items, that's it

Class 10 / 12 marksheets, Aadhaar / valid ID, date-of-birth proof, four passport photos, residence proof, and a caste / category certificate if applicable.

Fees & scholarships

Affordable, with aid

Fees are structured to suit working-class families. Centre and state scholarship schemes apply to many candidates; instalment plans are routine. Speak to admissions for specifics.
